Daventry-based B & V Training Academy got 2015 off to the perfect start after it was awarded one of the top accolades for training in the science-based sector.
The B & V Training Academy, which is a HABC Approved Centre , was recognised as a Cogent Gold Standard Training Provider for its high standards and outstanding commitment to quality learning the areas of life-sciences and water treatment.

Cogent is the employer-led strategic skills body for the science industries and works to address skills needs in the sector. The Gold Standard recognition from the body caps what has been an impressive 12 months for the B & V Training Academy, including receiving the Medilink East Midlands ‘Collaboration with the NHS’ Award and being a finalist in the ‘Training and Development’ category of the Northamptonshire Business Awards 2014 . The B & V Training Academy also received a grant, as part of a submission made by B & V Group for INV-ENT funding, from Northamptonshire Business Enterprise to support its further development into the sciences sector.
