Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC) is currently undertaking a review of our
HABC Level 3 International Award in Delivering Training (IADT)
to see if there is demand for a UK equivalent.
The IADT is designed for learners who train others, with a focus on excellence in delivery and the effective use of interactive visual aids to inspire and motivate learners. It is suitable for both experienced and new trainers who wish to improve their performance and obtain a training qualification which will enable them to deliver Highfield qualifications.
As part of this review, we would like to establish if there is sufficient demand for us to develop a UK-regulated version. This would be for learners who are not required to achieve any of the existing education and training qualifications currently available to them.
If you wish to register your interest in the development of this qualification, please contact your account manager.
Please note that UK learners can still register on the HABC Level 3 International Award in Delivering Training (IADT) until 31 May 2016 and must complete the qualification no later than 31 May 2017.
hi is it for teachers also ? who are qualified in their field but have no teacher certificate like PGCE etc, is it near to that ? will make post graduate person a certified/licensed teacher???
Apologies for the delay! We will check with our qualifications team for you.
This qualification is not an equivalent to a PGCE or an Education and Training. It is aimed at international learners who deliver internal training within their own organisation. Highfield will also allow those with an IADT to deliver some of our qualifications.
Many thanks
