eResponse
has been celebrating a fantastic 12 months after chalking up a raft of awards – and receiving endorsement from one of the UK’s top entrepreneurs.
Earlier this year, the Midlands based provider achieved the much sought-after Matrix Standard – the training provider equivalent of a glowing Ofsted report – for its information, advice and guidance to employed and unemployed people and potential recruiters.
The accolade rounded off a fruitful 12 months for eResponse after it also gained a place in the

, and was awarded the ‘Growth Business of the Year for 2013’ title by the Chamber of Commerce.
And in January 2014, Karren Brady CBE was the VIP guest as the award-winning recruitment and workforce specialist launched its new training academy network, delivering a 40-minute speech alongside eResponse MD Paul Alekna in front of almost 200 guests at Worcester’s Sixways Stadium.
Sam Morgan, Head of eResponse Recruitment Training Academy, said, ‘Achieving Matrix accreditation is a bit like when a school gets rated outstanding by Ofsted, so we are extremely proud’.
Paul Alekna, MD, added, ‘It was fantastic to host Karren at the launch event as she is an inspiration to young people and business leaders. I am certain our training academy network will play a vital role in the region’s economy throughout 2014 and beyond’.
eResponse, which was established in 2003, is now one of the country’s leading providers operating government funding across a range of sectors and regions, which has led to around 25000 certifications with HABC. The company now has 60 staff based throughout the Midlands with training academies in all regional branches and supplying skilled workers to over 500 businesses.
